1. What are cookies and browser storage?

Cookies are small text files stored by the browser. This website also uses localStorage and sessionStorage, which serve a similar technical purpose. Under Swedish law, non-essential storage or access requires prior consent. Necessary storage may be used without consent when it is required to provide a service you requested.

2. What this website uses

With your consent, this website collects first-party, aggregate statistics about page views and clicks on the booking, phone and callback buttons. Random browser identifiers are used as pseudonyms and are never shared with advertising networks. For abuse limits, the analytics service derives a one-way network hash from the connecting IP address; the hash changes each UTC day and the raw IP address is never stored in the analytics database. No name, contact details, ad-click IDs or full addresses with tracking parameters are stored there. If you decline or withdraw consent, no statistics are collected and the local identifiers are removed. The website uses no advertising cookies.

3. YouTube and external media

The clinic film is displayed using YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. No YouTube API, player or remote thumbnail is loaded until you accept external media. After consent, Google/YouTube may receive your IP address, browser and device information and viewing interactions, and may use identifiers such as YSC for the session and VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE or VISITOR_PRIVACY_METADATA for up to approximately 180 days. Google controls these identifiers and may change them.

4. Booking, BankID and social links

Online booking at 2873.etand.se, BankID, Instagram and Facebook are separate services. Their cookies and storage are activated only when you leave this website or use their service and are governed by their own notices. Your choice on this website cannot control storage on those external sites or apps.

5. Change or withdraw your choice

You can open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Accept and reject are equally available. Withdrawing consent stops new YouTube loading and stops statistics collection, and the website then removes its local statistics identifiers automatically. Storage already placed by an external provider is not removed automatically, but you can remove it in your browser settings.

6. Server logs

The hosting and security infrastructure may temporarily process IP address, date, requested page and technical error information to deliver and protect the website. Server logs are not cookies and are retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and legal requirements.
