Google Analytics

Only after you choose Statistics, Google Analytics measures visits and booking-button clicks, phone-button clicks and callback actions. Google processes technical device data and analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_C995S6YRLN, up to 180 days), plus a traffic-source category and an opaque campaign identifier. We do not send form contents, patient details or treatment-page names. These events do not confirm a booked appointment. Google advertising features are disabled. Google may process data outside the EU/EEA under applicable transfer safeguards. See Google’s privacy notice. You can withdraw Statistics consent in Cookie settings; we stop collection and remove our Google Analytics cookies. Previously collected data is not automatically deleted by withdrawal; contact the clinic about your rights.

1. What are cookies and browser storage?

Cookies are small text files stored by the browser. This website also uses localStorage and sessionStorage, which serve a similar technical purpose. Under Swedish law, non-essential storage or access requires prior consent. Necessary storage may be used without consent when it is required to provide a service you requested.

2. What this website uses

With your consent, this website collects first-party, aggregate statistics about page views and clicks on the booking, phone and callback buttons. Random browser identifiers are used as pseudonyms and are never shared with advertising networks. A traffic source and, when present, an opaque campaign-link identifier are recorded at the start of each visit, not inherited from visits months earlier. Server-side events are retained for the current Stockholm calendar month and the preceding 13 months. For abuse limits, the analytics service derives a one-way network hash from the connecting IP address; the hash changes each UTC day and the raw IP address is never stored in the analytics database. The tracker does not read visitor names, contact details or form contents, and event records do not retain ad-click IDs or full addresses with tracking parameters. Campaign-link labels are entered separately by the clinic and saved in the same analytics database; they must not contain personal, patient, contact or health information. If you decline or withdraw consent, no statistics are collected and the local identifiers are removed. The website uses no advertising cookies.

3. YouTube and external media

The clinic film is displayed using YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. No YouTube API, player or remote thumbnail is loaded until you accept external media. After consent, Google/YouTube may receive your IP address, browser and device information and viewing interactions, and may use identifiers such as YSC for the session and VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE or VISITOR_PRIVACY_METADATA for up to approximately 180 days. Google controls these identifiers and may change them.

4. Muntra and other external services

Online booking through Muntra, Instagram and Facebook are external services. Muntra is loaded only after you select the booking link and leave this website; no Muntra booking widget is embedded here. Muntra may then use its own necessary, functional, analytics, security and marketing cookies as described in its cookie policy. The referral-source parameter identifies this website as the booking source. Choices made in this website’s cookie settings do not control storage used by Muntra or other external services.

5. Change or withdraw your choice

You can open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Accept and reject are equally available. Withdrawing consent stops new YouTube loading and stops statistics collection, and the website then removes its local statistics identifiers automatically. Storage already placed by an external provider is not removed automatically, but you can remove it in your browser settings.

6. Server logs

The hosting and security infrastructure may temporarily process IP address, date, requested page and technical error information to deliver and protect the website. Server logs are not cookies and are retained only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and legal requirements.
